As your export partner, we manage your exports from pickup to delivery – in a predictable, legally compliant, and punctual manner. We arrange pre-carriage by truck, rail, or inland waterway, check cut-off times at airports and seaports, and select the appropriate carrier/route combination based on transit time and budget. We tailor packaging, labeling, DG/lithium checks, and insurance to the product, relationship, and Incoterms.

In ATLAS, we create your export declaration, including correct classification of goods, customs value information, and necessary authorizations. You receive the MRN and export accompanying document (EXA), we monitor the presentation and arrange for the exit note. We make targeted use of preferences: declarations of origin on invoices, EUR.1 or REX declarations reduce customs duties for the recipient; we manage supplier declarations in an audit-proof manner.

For air freight, we take care of eAWB/HAWB, security screening, and, where necessary, EXS notifications. For sea freight, we take care of B/L or Seaway Bill, VGM, cut-offs for gate-in/docs, and slot bookings. We plan project and OOG shipments with suitable equipment and stowage concepts. Sanctions list, embargo, and dual-use checks are an integral part of our compliance workflow.

Transparency is achieved through clear ETDs/ETAs, proactive status updates, and traceable costs. A dedicated contact person coordinates all parties involved—freight forwarders, terminals, airlines/shipping companies, and authorities—and keeps you informed about milestones, deviations, and PODs. On request, we can train your team on Incoterms, documentation, and preferences, and create SOPs and KPI reports. The result: faster turnaround times, fewer queries, and exports that arrive at the customer's premises on time and in full.
