We take care of the entire process: pickup from the sender, packaging check, security checks, and export declaration, right through to personal delivery with proof of identity and receipt. During the journey, you receive live status updates, geolocation, and ETA updates at defined intervals. In the event of irregularities, we activate alternative flights, rebookings, or parallel couriers and keep you proactively informed—even at night and on weekends.
